Gateway Regional Medical Center in Granite City, IL, is seeking an experienced Orthopedic Clinic Manager to run the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the orthopedic clinic. The role partners with physicians, clinical staff, and hospital leadership to optimize workflows, staffing, and patient service.

The ideal candidate will have healthcare administration experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities in a healthcare setting.
• Experience coordinating clinic operations and staff scheduling.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and patient confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily orthopedic clinic operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Lead and support front-office and administrative staff.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and clinic coverage.
• Support patient registration, scheduling, check-in/out, and referrals.
• Monitor patient flow and address operational issues with teams.
• Assist with provider scheduling and clinic services coordination.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Promote high quality service and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with providers to identify operational improvements.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
