Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for visits and assist with examinations.
• Arrange instruments, supplies, and exam room setup.
• Inform patients of lab or imaging results.
• Prepare patients for surgery and post-op instructions.
• Assist with ordering services, home health/PT, DME, and labs.
• Chart, abstract, enter orders, and maintain delivery records.
• Assist physician during exams and procedures; set up sterile fields.
• Call patients or pharmacies as needed.
• Maintain office/clinic space and update forms.
• Perform other duties as requested.
