Qualifications

• BLS/CPR certification requirements vary by location.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to MA scope of practice and follows policies.
• Performs rooming/visits: vitals, history, screenings, and motor function checks.
• Assists provider with procedures and lab duties.
• Performs venipuncture, specimen handling, and lab orders.
• Administers medications and vaccines safely.
• Completes regulatory logs and insurance authorizations as needed.
• Maintains clean, stocked work areas and proper equipment operation.
• Demonstrates effective communication and teamwork.
