Premier Orthopaedics, in partnership with Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center, seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Glen Mills and Ridley Park, PA team. The APP provides advanced clinical care under orthopedic physicians, performing assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and patient education in a collaborative setting.

This on-site, full-time role includes triaging calls, performing injections and suturing, participating in clinic and hospital rounds, and maintaining

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred or Physician Assistant
• Successful completion of an NP or PA program
• Current NP or PA license in state of practice and BLS
• 2 years nursing/clinical experience in clinic or hospital
• HIPAA compliance and patient safety focus

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat orthopedic/musculoskeletal conditions
• Perform injections and suturing when appropriate
• Triage calls and respond promptly to patient inquiries
• Collaborate with surgeons and clinical staff
• Develop and update care plans and document interventions
• Educate patients and families on treatment and rehab
• Support clinic and hospital rounds; ensure regulatory compliance
• Participate in professional development and quality initiatives
