Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified or Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery preferred.
• Eligible for medical licensure and DEA registration in the state.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.
