Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree required.
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency.
  • Fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery.
  • Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in Michigan.
  • DEA certification and ability to obtain hospital privileges.

Responsibilities

Job Description

In this role, you will deliver exceptional orthopedic trauma care by taking the lead on both operative and non-operative management of acute musculoskeletal injuries, fracture care, and complex trauma reconstruction. You'll be the expert our patients count on, serving as the frontline leader of our trauma service and bringing your expertise and passion to every case that comes through our doors.

You will collaborate with an amazing multidisciplinary team, working alongside emergency medicine, general surgery, neurosurgery, critical care, rehabilitation, and orthopedic subspecialty colleagues. This all-star medical team is dedicated to delivering outstanding patient-centered care and continuous improvement across our expanding orthopedic service line.

Beyond clinical excellence, you will help establish and grow a comprehensive, high-quality orthopedic trauma program that truly serves diverse communities throughout Michigan. You're not just treating patients; you're building a legacy while driving innovation and fostering a culture of excellence in musculoskeletal injury management.

Qualifications:
