Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center is seeking an Orthopaedics Support Specialist at the Burnet Campus. The role assists with basic casts, splints, and braces, helps prepare patients, and supports workflow for orthopedic providers and staff.

• Clinical Practice - assist with basic casts, splints, and braces; prep patients; help maintain clinic flow.
• Interdepartmental Duties - assist with casting in OR, support ED and ambulatory staff, ensure sterile precautions.
• Inventory Management - track casting area stock and charges; keep area clean and safe.
• Compliance - follow HIPAA/JCAHO and other regulations.
• Customer Service - assist patients and families, communicate clearly.
