Job summary

The CORE Institute is seeking Pool/Orthopedic Technicians to join our West Valley clinics. The role focuses on applying casts and orthopedic devices, educating patients, and maintaining DME inventory.

You will work with the care team to ensure accurate administrative and clinical support in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have sports medicine/orthopedic tech training or related medical assistant experience, with strong communication and inventory skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with EMR systems
• Strong communication and patient education skills

• Good organizational and inventory management abilities

Responsibilities

• Assist with applying and adjusting fiberglass casts and orthopedic devices as directed
• Educate patients on casts, splints, and DME usage
• Maintain logs and inventory; place orders and monitor par levels
• Coordinate with Rapid Auth Team on patient financial responsibility
• Provide coverage at CORE clinics as needed and support staff training
