Job summary

OrthoNebraska is seeking a Surgical Technologist to manage instruments, supplies, and equipment during orthopedic procedures. You will maintain sterile field, perform scrub duties, and support the surgeon while delivering safe patient care.

The role requires graduation from an accredited Surgical Technician Program, BLS certification, and 1+ year of surgical experience preferred. Mon–Fri shifts, 6:30am–7:00pm, with 10-hour shifts as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited Surgical Technician Program.
• BLS certification required or within 90 days of hire.
• 1+ year of surgical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains sterile field during surgical procedure through aseptic technique.
• Performs scrub duties in a timely and precise manner.
• Assists with orthopedic procedures and anticipates surgeon needs.
• Identifies and secures supplies and equipment.
• Communicates effectively to promote teamwork and patient safety.
