OAL is privately owned by our orthopedic surgeons and supported by a team of 400+ employees who share a commitment to excellence. At our Lancaster and Lebanon campuses, we operate our own outpatient orthopedic surgery center—NPSC—where we perform a wide range of surgeries, including total joint replacements, using the most advanced techniques available.

Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster, (OAL), is an independent physician‑owned orthopedic practice with ancillary services including MRI, CT, orthopedic urgent care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and two ambulatory surgery centers located in Central, PA. OAL is seeking to add a full‑time Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join our team of three hand surgeons and our hand therapy department that is fully staffed with OTCs/CHTs at five of our locations.
