The PA will provide consistent patient care across two locations, support diagnoses and recovery planning, and collaborate with spine surgeons and rehabilitation specialists to deliver multidisciplinary care.

Qualifications

• Current NJ Physician Assistant license in good standing.
• Experience in orthopedic spine care including surgical first assist.
• Proficient in diagnostic interpretation and evidence-based treatment planning.
• Clear, compassionate communicator in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments, review imaging studies, and develop individualized care plans for patients with spinal conditions
• Serve as first assist in the operating room and manage perioperative care to ensure smooth recovery and optimal outcomes
• Provide consistent care across two locations, supporting continuity and access for patients
• Guide patients and families through diagnoses, procedures, and recovery plans with clarity and compassion
• Collaborate with spine surgeons, rehabilitation specialists, and other providers to deliver coordinated, multidisciplinary care
