Job summary

Arthrex Pittsburgh is seeking an Orthopedic Sales Representative – Extremities, Trauma & Orthobiologics to support the State College market. You will work with orthopedic surgeons and operating room teams, providing technical expertise and education on cutting-edge Arthrex technologies while driving territory growth.

The role offers fast-paced surgical environments, professional development, and exposure to 400+ procedures in your first year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in medical device or B2B sales preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced surgical environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support during extremity, trauma, and orthobiologic procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons, offices, hospitals, and surgery centers.
• Become an expert on the Arthrex Extremities, Trauma & Orthobiologics portfolio.
• Educate healthcare professionals on Arthrex products, techniques, and technologies.
• Coordinate surgical cases, inventory, and logistics for exceptional support.
• Identify opportunities to expand business within existing and prospective accounts.
• Participate in surgeon education programs and labs.
• Continuously strengthen clinical knowledge through ongoing education and training.
