Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 4+ years orthopedic sales or 8+ years medical device sales.
• Proven ability to build relationships with surgeons.
• Strong understanding of orthopedic products and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Attain sales goals through a sales plan in the assigned area.
• Drive sales growth through in-person interactions with current and prospective customers.
• Mentor/lead less experienced sales team members.
• Coordinate local educational and sales events.
• Adhere to all laws and Zimmer Biomet policies and SOPs.
• Provide after hours and weekend case coverage and add on case coverage.
• Collaborate with team to transport instruments and implants.
