CONMED Orthopedics seeks an ambitious Associate Sales Representative to promote a broad product portfolio, including BioBrace Implant, in a defined territory. You will support top sales professionals by providing excellent customer service and participating in product demonstrations in OR and office settings.

Travel about 20% and relocation to Montgomery/Howard/Frederick counties is required. This is an entry-to-mid level sales role with opportunities for advancement based on performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of outside sales, surgical tech or related clinical experience.
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty.

CONMED Orthopedics is seeking an ambitious Associate Sales Representative to represent our expansive product portfolio that ranges from sports medicine implants, Hall Surgical Powered Instruments, MTF biologics as well as our newly acquired BioBrace Implant!

As an Orthopedic Associate Sales Representative, you will be given the opportunity to assist our top sales professionals in strategically selling and promoting CONMED’s Orthopedic products within a defined geographic territory to our customers. This will be accomplished by providing outstanding customer service as well as partnering on product demonstrations/presentations within the Operating Room & office settings to surgeons and hospital personnel.

What You Will Do

• Assist in helping generate new sales opportunities and maintain existing business
• Meet assigned goals assigned by your manager & company
• Observe procedures in the operating room of hospital accounts to gain insight into the needs of physicians and OR staff
• Respond quickly to customer needs regarding products and service and collaborate with our top sales professionals to develop creative and optimal solutions

What You Need

• One of the following:
• 4+ years of outside sales, surgical tech or related clinical experience required
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty
• *Note: This position is not eligible for employer-visa sponsorship

Travel Requirements

• Approximately 20% Travel
• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and be able to drive an automobile

Disclosure as required by law, the annual salary range for this position is $70,000 plus bonus opportunity. The actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
