Stryker is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support orthopedic surgeries worldwide. You will develop clinical and technical expertise across Mako SmartRobotics and manual procedures, assist in pre-operative planning, system setup, and real-time workflows to ensure safe, accurate outcomes.

You'll gain hands-on experience with CT-based planning, implant sizing, and intra-operative support, while also mastering instrumentation, OR protocols, and education programs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to participate in on-call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Gain competency in solo case coverage for manual and robotic procedures through hands-on training.
• Assist surgeons with pre-operative CT-based planning, implant sizing, and positioning using advanced software.
• Support full case preparation, including instrumentation checks, equipment setup, and OR readiness.
• Troubleshoot technical issues confidently in the operating room.
• Learn and support workflow for daily account coordination, including inventory management and logistics.
• Shadow experienced teammates to understand territory dynamics and surgeon preferences.
• Participate in product demonstrations, cadaver labs, education programs, and customer training events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and cross-functional partners.
• Manage administrative tasks related to accounts, system updates, and case documentation.
• Collaborate with sales partners to ensure seamless execution and a unified customer experience.
• Complete required trainings, competencies, and certifications.
• Provide on-call coverage during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
