Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support orthopedic surgeries both robotic (Mako) and manual. You will assist with pre-operative planning, case preparation, system setup, and in-procedure workflows to ensure safe, accurate outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with healthcare experience.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork in fast-paced OR settings.

Responsibilities

• Gain competency in solo case coverage for manual and robotic procedures.
• Assist surgeons with pre-operative planning, implant sizing, and positioning.
• Support case preparation, instrumentation checks, and OR readiness.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in the operating room.
• Coordinate daily account logistics, inventory, and scheduling.
• Shadow teammates to understand territory dynamics and preferences.
• Participate in product demonstrations, labs, and training events.
• Build trust-based relationships with surgeons and OR staff.
• Manage accounts and documentation; collaborate with sales.
• Complete required trainings and certifications; provide on-call support.
