Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Clinical Specialist to enhance orthopedic surgeries worldwide. You will gain clinical and technical expertise across robotic Mako SmartRobotics and manual procedures, supporting surgeons in pre-operative planning, system setup, and real-time workflows to ensure safe, accurate outcomes.

The role involves in‑the‑room assistance, cadaver labs, product demonstrations, and on‑call coverage including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Clinical or healthcare-related experience preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken English required.

Responsibilities

• Support surgeons in the operating room with pre-operative planning and case preparation.
• Assist with CT-based planning, implant sizing and positioning using advanced software.
• Ensure OR readiness, instrument checks and equipment setup for procedures.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in the operating room as needed.
• Learn and support account coordination, inventory management and logistics.
