Merit Health in Hattiesburg, Mississippi, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide patient-centered care through the nursing process, coordinating with physicians, nurses, and the care team to deliver high-quality outcomes. You will implement care plans, monitor patients, educate families, and participate in emergencies as needed.

Qualifications include 0-2 years in clinical nursing or student rotations; RN licensure and BCLS are required, ACLS/PALS preferred.

Formación

• 0-2 years in a clinical nursing role or student rotations in acute care.
• RN licensure required; Basic Life Support certification required.
• ACLS/PALS preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Coordinate with physicians and care team for individualized plans.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR or code team activities.
• Document care thoroughly in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and post-discharge care.
