Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process and hospital policies.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents findings; reports changes to care team.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Collaborates with physicians and nurses to develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in CPR and code team activities.
• Maintains infection control protocols and safety standards; operates medical equipment as needed.
