Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in accordance with nursing process and policies.
• Assess patients and document findings; report changes to care team.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency scope.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, plans, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain infection control standards and safety in care environments.
