Job summary

Ascension's All Saints Hospital in Racine, WI is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the night shift on the Orthopedics Med Surg Unit. You will provide compassionate direct patient care, document care plans, and execute physician and nursing orders to support safe, high-quality outcomes.

You will coordinate services across disciplines, participate in discharge planning, and collaborate with the health care team to ensure smooth transitions home.

Qualifications

• BLS certification within 1 month of hire date or transfer date.
• Registered Nurse credentialed in Wisconsin prior to hire date or transfer date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with a patient-first approach.
• Document patient progress and execute physician/nurse orders promptly.
• Coordinate services across clinical disciplines ensuring seamless care.
