Qualifications

• BLS certification within 30 days from hire.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Illinois (IDFPR).
• Nursing diploma or higher and an associate's degree.
• Over 1 year of RN work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients on admission and plan care with the team.
• Implement and modify nursing care plans and interventions.
• Educate patients and families on wound care, mobility, and meds.
• Coordinate with physicians and surgeons on orthopaedic and medical/surgical care.
• Ensure safety, document care, and participate in unit competencies.
