Advocate Health in North Carolina is seeking an experienced registered nurse for a full‑time Orthopedics clinic role with 40 hours per week. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting at Medical Plaza Miller.

You will engage in governance, apply the nursing process, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient‑centered care. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience, BLS certification, and an active RN license; BSN is

• RN license in good standing with state authority.
• BSN preferred; graduation from an accredited program.
• Active BLS certification required; additional licenses may apply.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans as needed.
• Uphold a culture of safety and effective communication.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and participate in staff development.
