Job summary

Medical Plaza Miller, a fast-paced orthopedic clinic, seeks an RN to participate in high-volume patient care across lifespan. You will engage in governance, apply evidence-based practices, and work with a collaborative team to deliver safe, efficient care.

Responsibilities include nursing process implementation, care planning, and clinical documentation. Minimum requirements include graduation from a board-approved nursing program, active RN license with state privileges, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges in applicable states
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be required by specialty.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance, quality initiatives, and evidence-based practice improvements.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with patient/family involvement.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team to improve outcomes.
• Upholds a culture of safety and maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May administer medications, treatments, and therapies per clinical protocols.
