Job summary

• Coordinating with physicians and surgeons, delegating tasks to support staff, and managing surgical devices and wound appliances.
• Ensuring patient and staff safety, and participating in departmental training and compliance activities.
• Assessing both orthopedic and medical/surgical patients each shift, with a focus on quality and safety standards.
