Qualifications

• BSN degree with 12 months nursing experience within last five years, or completion of a re-entry program.
• Current RN license approved by Georgia Board of Nursing; BLS required; ACLS may be required depending on department.
• Active eNLC multi-state license within 60 days if performing virtual care activities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care using the nursing process.
• Perform thorough patient assessments and document care in records.
• Develop and implement patient care plans with patient/family input.
• Identify learning needs and provide resources.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and act as resource to colleagues.
• Lead and orient staff in absence of preceptor.
