Emory Healthcare seeks an RN Clinician to deliver high-quality patient care using the AACN Synergy Model. The clinician adapts to changing needs, advocates for patients and families, and serves as a resource to colleagues.

The role emphasizes safe nursing practice, assessment, care planning, and documentation, with potential Charge Nurse responsibilities and staff orientation support.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited program or ADN with RN experience; RN Resident/obligation programs may apply.
• Georgia RN licensure in good standing required; compact license may be considered for virtual activities.
• BLS certification; ACLS may be required for certain departments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective nursing care using the nursing process.
• Perform thorough patient assessments and document outcomes.
• Develop and adjust care plans with patient/family input.
• Document care accurately in electronic/physical records.
• Identify patient/family learning needs and provide resources.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and care partners.
