Job summary

Spire Orthopedic Partners in Wakefield, RI is seeking a Rehab Aide to assist clinical staff and help manage patient flow. The role requires a high school diploma and comfort with Microsoft Office; orthopedic exposure is a plus.

You will prepare treatment areas, restock supplies, greet patients, and assist with check-in/out while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Scheduling is Monday–Friday, day shift, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Any combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• At least one year of orthopedic related work.
• Preferred: Knowledge of HIPAA Regulations; Medical Terminology; Bilingual Spanish or Portuguese a plus; Kinesiology background.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
• Support PT and OT clinical staff in the delivery of patient care as indicated.
• Prepare patients, equipment and supplies for treatments.
• Clean, organize and maintain equipment for patient care.
• Maintain the physical environment of the facility.
• Other duties as assigned.
