Job summary

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting a seasoned Orthopedic Upper Extremity & Mobility Advancement Nurse Practitioner to join a client partner in Philadelphia. This full-time role focuses on evaluating, diagnosing, and managing upper-extremity and musculoskeletal conditions with orthopedic surgeons and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate from an accredited NP program.
• Current Pennsylvania NP license in good standing or ability to obtain.
• National NP certification.
• Experience in orthopedic, musculoskeletal, sports medicine, or surgical care.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills.
• Excellent communication and EMR proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive orthopedic evaluations of upper extremity and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with surgeons and care teams.
• Order, interpret, and communicate imaging and lab results.
• Perform office-based orthopedic procedures within NP scope.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatments, rehab, and injury prevention.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care; document in EMR.
• Support pre- and post-operative patient management.
