HEALTHCARE RECRUITMENT COUNSELORS seeks a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a multidisciplinary medical team in Frederick, MD, delivering musculoskeletal and pain care in a full-time setting.

Ideal candidates hold Maryland PA/NP licensure with strong clinical and communication skills and a patient-focused approach, working within a collaborative environment to improve function and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active Maryland PA or NP license.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
• Comfortable working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with musculoskeletal and pain conditions
• Perform patient exams and review medical histories, imaging, and diagnostic studies
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Utilize a multimodal approach to care, including medication management, physical therapy, and bracing when appropriate
• Review and explain test results with patients
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, medical assistants, and other providers
