Job summary

Qualifications

• ARRT certification and Utah licensure required.
• Experience in radiology, orthopedic/surgical setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of radiology techniques and safety standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.
• Excellent communication and a strong commitment to patient care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• PRN (as-needed) availability.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, per orthopedic protocols and safety standards.
• Ensure accurate patient positioning and high-quality images.
• Maintain radiology equipment and follow established guidelines.
• Provide clear, professional communication to ensure patient comfort.
• Assist in preparation and aftercare of patients.
• Follow radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging files.
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, nurses, and staff to support care.
• Respond quickly to urgent imaging requests in a fast-paced setting.
• Comply with HIPAA and confidentiality regulations.
