Qualifications

• Current ARRT certification or equivalent.
• Utah state licensure for Radiologic Technology.
• Experience in radiology, ideally within orthopedic or surgical setting.
• Strong knowledge of radiology techniques and safety standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, per orthopedic protocols.
• Ensure accurate patient positioning and image quality.
• Maintain radiology equipment and follow established guidelines.
• Provide clear communication with patients to ensure comfort and understanding.
• Assist in preparation and aftercare of patients for a smooth process.
• Follow all radiation safety protocols to protect patients and staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging files.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and medical staff to support patient care.
• Respond quickly to urgent imaging requests in a fast-paced setting.
• Comply with HIPAA and confidentiality regulations.
