Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Two years of related experience; home care experience strongly preferred.
• Must possess highly effective interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills; experience with electronic records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-operative orthopedic care as part of home care services, with emphasis on Saturdays; weekday coverage may be requested based on staffing needs and availability.
• Under supervision of the Clinical Manager and Registered Physical Therapist, assess patients and contribute to the development and execution of treatment plans to improve motor function and prevent disability.
