Kansas City Bone & Joint in Overland Park, KS is opening a brand-new outpatient physical therapy clinic and is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our growing team.

The PTA will collaborate with licensed Physical Therapists and orthopedic specialists to implement treatment plans, guide patients through exercises, and help restore function after injury or surgery.

Qualifications

• Current Kansas PTA license or able to obtain before start date.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Responsabilités

• Implement treatment plans under supervising PT.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual techniques and modalities.
• Monitor progress and report findings to the supervising therapist.
• Educate patients on exercises and injury prevention.
• Document sessions and patient responses per policies.
• Collaborate with clinicians to provide coordinated care.
• Maintain a safe, positive treatment environment.
• Demonstrate customer service and patient engagement.
• Comply with regulations and company policies.
