Job summary

Kansas City Bone & Joint in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient therapy team in the Kansas City metro area. This is an exciting opportunity to help launch a new clinic and deliver evidenced-based care alongside experienced orthopedic specialists.

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, plan and implement individualized treatment programs to restore function, improve mobility and reduce pain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Kansas Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain before start date
• New graduates welcomed
• Outpatient orthopedics experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to exceptional patient care
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Ability to pass background checks and pre-employment screenings

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish individualized plans of care.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment programs to reach patient goals.
• Monitor progress and modify plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and injury prevention.
• Maintain accurate documentation per company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with orthopedic physicians and other health professionals to coordinate care.
• Contribute to a positive, patient-focused clinic culture.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
