This full‑time role involves implementing PT plans, providing outpatient orthopedic care, documentation, and collaboration with physicians and PTs to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
• Hold current Illinois PTA license.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift more than 25 pounds.
• Proficiency with computer documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Carries out treatment plans under the physical therapist.
• Provide outpatient care in orthopedics.
• Document patient status per IBJI Rehab guidelines.
• Communicate progress to physicians and PTs.
• Supervise Rehabilitation Technicians as needed.
• Maintain licensure and CEU requirements.
• Engage with interdisciplinary IBJI teams.
