Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Master's degree in Physical Therapy and current PT certification.
• Two+ years of Spine orthopedics and general orthopedics experience.
• Full-time outpatient clinic in Mesa, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health status and determine diagnostic/therapeutic plans.
• Provide acute and chronic patient care following care plans.
• Document findings and treatments in the medical record.
