The CORE Institute in Mesa is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our team at the Mesa Clinic. You will provide comprehensive patient care and collaborate with orthopedic surgeons in the southwest U.S.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree in Physical Therapy and current PT certification.
• Two plus years of experience in spine orthopedics and general orthopedics.
• Two years of experience in an outpatient PT clinic; orthopedic experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient health status and determine diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Provide acute and chronic patient care, histories, and physicals.
• Set goals and care plans with physician, patient, and family; document findings.
