Job summary

The CORE Institute in Surprise, AZ is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to join our West Phoenix Clinic team. You will provide comprehensive PT care and collaborate with physicians and surgeons to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Spine and general orthopedics experience.
• Two years of outpatient physical therapy clinic experience; orthopedics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health status and determine diagnostic/therapeutic procedures.
• Provide acute and chronic patient care including histories and physicals.
• Establish goals and care plans with physician, patient, and family.
• Document findings for the medical record and educate patients.
• Supervise PT assistants and provide ongoing staff education.
