Aquacare Fitness Forum Physical Therapy seeks an Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join a clinician-owned private practice across Maryland. You’ll see fewer than 11 patients per day, one-on-one, with a flexible four- or five-day week and time built in for documentation.

Caseload is general outpatient orthopedics with opportunities to specialize in areas such as sports rehab, aquatic therapy, pelvic floor, or manual therapy; the package includes a base of 82K–100K, up to 12.5K in bonuses, CEU

Responsibilities

• Treat patients one-on-one with a focus on hands-on orthopedic care.
• Balance caseload with documentation using Prompt EMR and AI-assisted notes.
• Collaborate with 6-8 therapists and PTAs to coordinate care.
