Job summary

Aquacare & Fitness Forum Physical Therapy in Easton, Maryland is seeking an Orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant to join our clinician-owned private practice. You will see fewer than 11 patients per day, work one-on-one, and collaborate closely with a supervising physical therapist.

We offer competitive pay at $28-$40 per hour, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, flexible four- or five-day weeks, generous continuing education funding, a 401(k) with match, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA with orthopedic experience preferred.
• Must provide hands-on care with direct supervision.
• Strong documentation in EMR essential.

Responsibilities

• Treat and work directly with patients one-on-one.
• Collaborate with supervising PT and other clinicians.
• Participate in specialty training like aquatic therapy and lymphedema.
