Qualifications

• Fewer than 11 patients per day, one-on-one sessions with no productivity quota.
• Private-practice setting owned by clinicians with 27+ years of operation and 12 clinics across MD/DE.
• Caseload focused on general outpatient orthopedics with a mix of ages/diagnoses.
• Opportunity to pursue Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification through in-house programs.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients (not only evaluate) with focused, hands-on care.
• Document using Prompt EMR with AI-assisted notes; most notes completed during working hours.
• Collaborate with a team of 6–8 therapists and PTAs; work in on-site or nearby clinics.
• Specialize in orthopedics, manual therapy, pelvic floor, aquatic therapy, sports rehab, etc., with company-supported pathways.
