Aquacare Fitness Forum Physical Therapy in Salisbury, Maryland is seeking an Orthopedic Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our private, clinician-owned practice. You will provide hands-on, one-on-one care with a small caseload and work under a supervising physical therapist who is close at hand.

We offer a four- or five-day week, flexible hours, and a $2,000 sign-on bonus. Competitive pay $28–$40/hour, continuing education funding, paid time off, holidays, and a 401(k) with a 4% match

Responsibilities

• Treat and work directly with patients in one-on-one sessions.
• Deliver hands-on care through the entire session based on the plan of care.
• Collaborate with the supervising physical therapist during treatment.
• Maintain documentation using Prompt EMR with AI-assisted notes.
