Job summary

You will perform thorough evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Illinois.
• DPT preferred and accredited PT program graduate.
• Experience in orthopedic settings preferred (2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations using goniometry, manual testing, and functional assessments.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans with physicians.
• Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy (Graston, Dry Needling, MDT, Mulligan), and modalities.
• Educate patients on conditions, goals, and injury prevention.
• Document progress in Epic Hyperspace EMR.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
• Supervise a 1:1 PT to PTA ratio.
• Engage in continuing education, including Blood Flow Restriction Therapy.
