Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) and its Family of Brands is seeking to recruit & hire a Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Thousand Oaks, CA.

As a Physical Therapist you will provide exceptional care, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help patients regain mobility and improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state
• Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• CPR certification and state regulatory requirements
• Strong clinical skills in ortho/neuro/geriatric PT
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficient documentation and computer skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and apply appropriate therapies.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy to improve mobility and strength.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation of outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on procedures, home programs, and prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Stay current on PT techniques and integrate best practices into care.
