California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist for our outpatient ortho clinic in Northridge, CA. You will deliver high-quality rehabilitation services, assess patients, and tailor treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ongoing mentorship, and access to innovative technologies within a supported clinical environment. Full-time schedule and competitive compensation are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and state regulatory certifications as required.
• Strong clinical skills in orthopedics, neurology, or geriatrics (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments to determine functional abilities and goals.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans with various techniques.
• Deliver therapeutic exercises and manual therapies to improve mobility and strength.
• Maintain accurate patient progress documentation and outcomes.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve optimal results.
• Educate patients and families on procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals for holistic care.
• Keep up-to-date with PT advances and integrate into practice.
• Ensure adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
