This full-time opportunity is designed for a licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about restoring movement, improving function, and helping patients confidently return to work, recreation, and daily living.

Working within a collaborative outpatient orthopedic environment, you'll provide individualized rehabilitation programs that emphasize measurable outcomes, patient education, and long‑term wellness. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and functional movement evaluations.
• Design individualized rehabilitation programs that improve strength, balance, flexibility, mobility, and overall physical performance.
• Deliver evidence‑based therapeutic interventions using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re‑education, and functional training techniques.

Required Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) license or eligibility to obtain Pennsylvania licensure before employment.
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent accredited Physical Therapy degree.
• Strong orthopedic rehabilitation assessment and treatment skills.
• Excellent clinical reasoning and evidence‑based decision‑making abilities.
• Outstanding communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to independently manage patient caseloads while collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to documentation accuracy.
• Must currently reside within commuting distance of East Goshen Township, Pennsylvania, or be prepared to relocate independently before employment.

• Compensation: $85,000–$126,000 annually
• Sign‑On Bonus: $5,000
