Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is hiring a Physical Therapist for our outpatient ortho clinic in Northridge, CA. You will assess, plan, and implement evidence-based therapies to restore mobility and reduce pain for patients.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• CPR certification and any other state regulations as required

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques.
• Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and function.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy techniques and technologies and integrate them into practice.
