Job summary

Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic clinic in Orange, CA. The role offers a competitive salary with incentives and a robust benefits package designed to enhance patient care and professional growth.

You will deliver individualized therapy plans, work with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in mentorship and clinical development programs to support career advancement.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
• Strong clinical skills with orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric PT (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Implement and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and function based on each individual patient’s need.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy procedures, home exercises, and injury prevention techniques.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
