Job summary

PRN and its Family of Brands is seeking to recruit & hire a Physical Therapist. Location is Downey, CA, in an outpatient orthopedic setting to provide exceptional care and rehabilitation services.

As a Physical Therapist you will assess patients, design and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to help patients regain mobility and improve quality of life. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 annually with incentives up to $32,000.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and state regulations as required.
• Experience in orthopedic, neurological, or geriatric physical therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities and goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessments and goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to improve mobility.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals for comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and home programs.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Ensure compliant documentation and adherence to ethical standards.
